About me
Being of Italian background, I was naturally born with the cooking gene. For me cooking has been as much fun as eating since I was five years old. The joys of food and family are tightly woven into the fabric of my life. My hands on culinary experience include: Producing and hosting a cooking show on the local community access TV network, teaching adult education cooking classes and publishing a number of cooking articles in the local weekly newspaper. However, the highlight of my culinary life came when I was chosen to appear on an episode of "Calling All Cooks" on the National Food Network. That was an amazing experience! On the show, I prepared Beef Braciolatini and Summer Squash Parmesan. These were two of my grandfather's favorite recipes. I intend to post both recipes for all my new "Big Oven" friends. My dream is to someday publish a cookbook that would include all my family favorites.
