My Favorite Foods
We love making slow Smoked BABY BACK RIBS, Smoked SALMON, Smoked PEACHY CHICKEN, PULLED PORK smoked for hours upon hours and our ever so succulent Smoked TRI-TIP! All cooked using our own blend of rubs, sauces and glazes. Slowed smoked over Hickory and Pecan wood.
