About me
I live in the desert, and its very hot here right now, cooking is the last thing i want do, at least in the summer
I am a very busy working guy, but im tryin to slow down a bit and learn how to cook, i can make a few things in the kitchen and someday i would like to prepare a wonderful meal for my DW (dear wife)
My Favorite Foods
some of my favorite foods are Mexican food, and seafood, and ice cream, we cant forget the ice cream. My most and famous recipes are "Pain grillé" which is french for "Toast", i make great toast and i can really whup up a great cup of coffee
