About Me
I am an avid organic gardener, vegetarian and a bit of a foodie. The fruit and veg garden is about a quarter of an acre. It is just 2 years since it was an overgrown small field. My real passion is fresh nutritious food. There is NOTHING like harvesting a crop, cooking it and eating all within an hour or so. The surplus is frozen but I am thinking about using a dehydrator this year especially with courgettes as we always have a major glut - 60+lbs last year. Have a look at my web site if you are interested in organic gardening. Why organic? Because pesticides have no place in food - I do not want to eat poisons.
Some of my favorite foods
Most things FRESH but NOT, NEVER corriander ugh! The sooner it goes out of fashion the better - the easy way to ruin a good meal. Oh and I like cake.
