About me
I am a happily married, very busy mother of three little girls. In my * me * moments I really enjoy being out in my herb gardenor enjoying a glass of wine while the native birds sing all around me. I enjoy furthering my knowledge of science, nature, biology, foods and wine. As I am blind I enjoy the challenges around me and never let anything stop me. Horse riding, bushwalking, fishing and good books are just some of my interests.

Anything Oriental,I enjoy making things that my girls will actually eat and I enjoy the challenge of cooking new things.
