In Birmingham Alabama I am a Certified Executive Chef at a 525-bed medical center. For fun I have a catering business, personal chef service and do ice sculptures. I felt the need to incorporate my knowledge of food with my efforts to lead people to Jesus Christ. I founded Healthy Temple Ministries to offer Biblical insights that will encourage participants to make lifestyle changes, for life.

I enjoy eating shrimp. I am interested in preparing cuisines from other countries.
