About me
I live in the salt/snow belt of Wisconsin.I do most of the cooking in my family (of 4). I enjoy trying different meals at least once. I see I have alot of recipes to try. I also love grilling on my Weber charcoal grill. Tong in one hand, and a beer in the other. No matter the weather ;>)
My Favorite Foods
I enjoy Mexican food.. the hotter the better (to a point). I make my salsa whenever I make tacos,fajitas,etc. I love anything on the grill. Whenever I go out to eat, I always look for the most obscure meal on the menu. You can always have a steak or hamburger.
