About me
Brought up in Massachusetts, I have worked in the food industry almost 30 years now. Mainly in the psychiatric rehab division. I work mostly with quantity cooking (upwards of several hundred orders) of home cooked style meals. Very little convenience is used. We develop many of our own recipes and are always looking to change things up, which is why I came here.
My Favorite Foods
I, personally, have no particular favorite dishes to prepare, but lately we have been maiking a Hungarian Beef Stew that seems to come out wonderful each time with a silky texture and flavors from the bacon, paprika and garlic set this aside from traditional beef stew recipes.
