About Me
I graduated from Culinary School at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon in June of 2006. Then I spent a year cooking fine food at Excelsior and Brindiamo Catering. After that I went on to be the Chef at LaVelle Winery. At this time I am preparing to start my full time L'Ange Suisse Catering & Personal Chef business ... My wife is from Switzerland (Lausanne) ... We have 4 kids: the girls are 17, 15, and 13; our boy is 11. Oregon is a beautiful place to cook ... This summer, I will have my 28x40 Olympic Trials Garden producing awesome vegetables...I still raise rabbits for food (harvesting the first one was tough) and this spring I will add chickens for fresh eggs!!!

... I LOVE seafood ... I LOVE meat (beef, pork, lamb, poultry, deer, elk, rabbit) ... Italian, French, practically all food is awesome
