About me
My real job is teaching music, but for recreation and stress relief, I love to cook! I'm always looking for a new taste or twist in international cuisines. I raise my own herbs and love cooking for my friends and family. The Food Network is my favorite TV show to watch. I'm always interested in a new kitchen gadget. Even though I'm from the south and was raised on fried chicken and grits, my favorite food is Italian. My favorite chefs are David Lieberman, Jamie Oliver, Michael Chiarello, Tyler Florence, Wolfgang Puck and Emeril Lagasse. And of course for simple comfort foods the winner is Paula Dean.
My Favorite Foods
Anything Italian, Mexican/Latin and my favorite dessert is anything that has to do with chocolate.
