About Me I'm a retired military medic. Currently I teach in a local career college. I love to cook and spend a lot of time reading, cooking, experimenting and EATING. Lots of time eating. I also love kitchen gadgets. My current passion in cooking is using the rice cooker and the pressure cooker. Both open a wide range of possibilities when it comes to cooking. My favorite passtimes are church, bible study, music, photography, various arts and crafts not to mention cooking and eating. I am a voracious reader, sometimes reading 3-5 books at a time.
