I live in my hometown of Attleboro, MA, just moved back after 20 years can't believe how much I missed it.  I have a daughter who loves to cook as much as I do, pictured with me is my husband who also loves to cook.  I love working with chocoate and Italian cooking, I have tried other international recipes and comfort foods.  Cooking is a family event here, most of the time though my husband prefers to taste but he dives right in and helps too.  I love to craft, listen to music and I just returned to college after being out of school for 25 years.   I love spending time with my family, I am addicted to Food Network my favorite shows are Semi Homemade, Everyday Italian and Paula Dean's cooking shows and of course my heart also belongs to our calico tiger cat named Mistygrace, who also likes to be in the kitchen when cooking is going on.  Don't get the wrong idea she stays on the floor and waits for us to drop parmeasan cheese or turkey pieces her favorite treats.

I love baking cookies and making candy, it reminds me of when I was younger and my mom would do the same.  Today it is a project my daughter and I start after Halloween, we go through cookbooks and websites, pick two new recipes and make about four old ones.
