About me
I live in San Antonio,TX. I've worked for the SA Fire Depart. for almost 30 years. I like to spend time with my large family, work in my veg. garden, work out 3X a week, go to the movies, I read about 6 books a year. and I want to finish my B.A. degree before I retire in about three years. Oh, did I mention I like to cook. You almost have to if you work in a fire house. Those guys love to eat, and if it's not done right you hear about it @&%! BigOven is my secret weapon of mass consumption <):{
My Favorite Foods
I enjoy Mediterranean food. I've sent some time in the Middle East (Israel) so things like Lamb, fish, eggplant, lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts and salads. I like to grill everything, if it does not fall through the great it gets grilled. Pineapples, peaches, zucchini, corn, eggplant, something about the fire I guess.
