About me
I'm currently a senior in college, working on getting my teacher licensure. I want to teach high school English - maybe middle school depending on the district. I made this account because my boyfriend absolutely loves cooking, and I love helping him out. Hopefully we'll find some interesting, new recipes to try out in the kitchen!!
My Favorite Foods
Give me Italian every day of the week for the rest of my life, and my stomach will be the happiest tummy in existance. Making pasta is pretty fun, too. I only know how to make spaghetti and goulash though.
I really enjoy making baked snacks, especially cookies and Pumpkin Pie Muffins (my boyfriend's and my dad's absolute favorites).
Most of my cooking memories are with my boyfriend, since at home with my parents my mom ruled the kitchen. When she was in the kitchen, everyone stayed away!! There are some good memories with my dad, too when he did cook. He's the one who taught me how to cook pasta, make a delicious cheese dip, and whip up the best tacos ever.
