About Me
I actually started cooking regularly after I retired and moved to Florida. My wife got a job, so it was easier for me to do the cooking. I started out by grilling but became fascinated with all types of cooking, experimenting with many recipes. I enjoy keeping company with my wife, fishing and golfing and reading. The wife and I are into country music, our home and going out to eat.
