About me
I am retired but want to keep my culinary skills infused with fresh ideas. I am hoping Bigoven will add a little inspiration to my cooking. I especially like the iphone application connection, which allows me to access a recipe when I'm at the farmer's market or in the grocery store!
My Favorite Foods
I like all kinds of foods, the fresher, the better. I'm not much for using canned ingredients unless I've got to create something in a hurry. I love soups in cold weather and fruit and salads when it's hot. I grew up with a casserole cooking Mom, so casseroles will always be comfort foods for me.
