I work in the fruit and vegetable industry as R & D. I develope overall fruit juices, but lately I have made some cookies, bars soups etc which contain vegetables
At home I love to cook, but most of it is dinners. Not so experienced in making cakes or cookies. With dinners you can inprovise , while with cookies and pasteries you have to be more precisely.
