About me
I host a webcast fishing show that we shoot here in Seattle area. When I am not fishing I am working on the computer and taking care of the things around home base. I like cooking, and have a couple recipes that I am trying to get especially good at. Particularly basic bread, Chicken Pot Pie, and Lasagna. I will cook just about anything though and my family has had to put up with a few of my 'experiments' over the years. When I am not cooking I run a painting and remodeling company and am actively working with real estate investments.
My wife Jacqueline Cliff is a real estate agent and a loan officer and between our two careers we stay pretty busy, so a lot of our cooking revolves around how fast can we get it done, or if we can prep it ahead of time.

My Favorite Foods
Ah, that is a tough one.
Pizza is always a favorite and we make pizza from scratch on Fridays.
I love a good steak.
Sushi can be downright painful because I eat myself sick on it.
Outback Steak House cheese fries are damn tasty too.
As long as it is good and I can tell what part of a critter it came from, I will eat it (with some exceptions.)
