About me
I'm a retired pastry chef (and my wife's Personal Chef).
Although retired, I work as a guest chef at local high school culinary classes and I frequently cook at charity events and whenever my wife asks me to do a demonstration or cook at one of her club functions or events.

My Favorite Foods
Favorite foods? I love all foods!
A chef friend once told me his answer to a question frequently asked of chefs, "What is your favorite recipe or favorite food to cook?"
His answer (designed to end further questions) was, "Kraft Mac & Cheese... you know, the one in the blue box."
The honest answer though is, since chefs have moods like everyone else, our favorite recipe or food usually depends upon whatever our mood is at that particular moment.
