About me
I am a retired Railroad Man with 37 years on the Job. I enjoy Gardening and growing my own vegetables and fruits. I like to fish and enjoy using recipes for fish, vegetables, fruits, breads etc. I like to experiment with different foods and enjoy trying other people's home recipes. I live in a small community in Northeast Florida called Satsuma, Florida, Just 35 miles west of the Original Oldest City discovered Saint Augustine Florida. I live near the St Johns River(One of a few rivers that flows North) in the United States, where the fishing is good, and also several good lakes within driving distance. I have a 4 year old grand daughter who my wife and I adore named Skyler. My wife is a Georgia Gal who know how to cook many great southern dishes and uses many passed down by relatives over the years.
My Favorite Foods
Pork chops, Collard greens, black peas with tomatoes chunks and sauce over rice, and a Good cold glass of home Ice tea. And don't forget that great blck skillet southern cornbread.I also like Cajun dishes.
