About me
I'm a graphic designer and multi-media expert. I love to travel, partly to enjoy different cuisines around the world. I am fascinated by all things "new." I love to cook, especially bake (breads and pies mostly), and in an office full of "foodies," I fit right in.
I live deep in the heart of Texas, so barbecues abound and Tex-Mex is everywhere.
My Favorite Foods
Hard to answer. Seafood is a great love; shrimp, lobster, scallops, caviar are all favorites. But one of the simplest is, to me, one of the best; I love catfish breaded with cornmeal and gently fried.
Fruits in combination interest me. A mix of bananas, strawberries, mangos and kiwis will keep me busy eating for a long while.
Coffee is a drink that can also be a "secret" ingredient in sauces and casseroles.
Paella has captured my heart.
