About me
My passions are travelling and cooking, so I try and learn as much as I can to increase my culinary knowledge when I'm out and about. I learned to make Roti in Trinidad and to cook Guinea Pig in Peru. Life is great.
One of my favourite things to do is having dinner parties. My guests pick a country, one week ahead of time, and then I do my best to plan a menu based on the region they have selected. It's great fun and sometimes quite a challenge.
