I'm a busy mom of two while working full time. I enjoy gardening and long walks with my i-pod. My renewed interest in cooking has come about because my daughter is interested in learning how to cook. We most enjoy baking together.

Our favorite food is chicken so any way to spice up the daily grind is welcome. I can surely find all sorts of great recipes on Big Oven. I love it!
