About me
I'm originally from Union City NJ and I currently reside in Miami FL. My mother is from Puerto Rico and my father is from Cuba. I've been in the kitchen my entire life with both sides of the family and I love cooking traditional Latin foods and some other great stuff that I have created from trial and error. Since I got pregnant I suddenly have the urge to cook everything and try new things so I can prepare myself for cooking for my new family.
My Favorite Foods
I love food! It does not matter where it's from I will try anything at least once. At home I make a lot of traditional Puerto Rican and Cuban dishes as well as my take on many American dishes and salads. I always end up being the one to be begged to make mashed potatoes and green bean casserole for the holidays. I also love to make pasta salads and according to my friends and family I make the best tuna fish sandwiches and tuna salad ever!
