About me
I am a retired Computer Engineer living in South Carolina. I can't say I love to cook but do love to eat. I tried BigOven to print 3x5 cards of some of my favorite recipes from when I was a kid. I soon discovered the thousands of available recipes and the ability to scale the sizes and make grocery lists.
My Favorite Foods
Thai foods are my favorite followed closely by Szechuan. As you can guess I like my food on the spicy side. When a recipe calls for cooking in oil I will routinely use Chili Oil instead. My all time favorite dish is Singapore Chili Crab. I discovered it on one of my trips for work and love it. I am looking forward to trying some Chili Crab recipes I see here.
