I love painting and drawing, reading, self-improvement, cats, gardening, sewing, exploring and travelling, studying the Bible, and COOKING - especially Italian, and Thai/Eastern foods.
I do the admin and accounts for a Grahic Design company - interesting varied work!
My Favorite Foods
I love stir fries, lightly cooked crisp vegetables, fresh fruit, fish and seafood - actually, now that I think of it - almost ALL FOOD
My husband and I try to eat healthy meals, cooked from fresh ingredients, and taking note of the 5 to 7 fruit & vegetable servings a day, rule.
When we entertain, I usually make dishes I've never tried before - talk about living on the edge! Luckily, they usually turn out well!
