About Me On the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. Just north of Europa lies the region of Scandinavia. And smack in the middle of Scandinavia lies Denmark. It's the country of Hans Christian Andersen and the origin of Shakespeares play about Hamlet, as well as the ancient myth of Beowulf. And I live in the capital of Denmark: Copenhagen. I'm 39 years old, and I work as a nurse. But my hobby is cooking. However, in Denmark we don't have any danish recipe software, so I Googled the internet for the best in the world. And lo and behold: There was BigOven! Some of my favorite foods I love Italian cuisine, preferrably from the region of Tuscany, because this region is historically the cradle of all european cuisines. I also love Asian food, but mostly from the Japanese cuisine. Mexican food is also good. And finally French and, of course, Danish food.
