Yes you can do all the prep work the night before infact your twice bakes will taste better. I do this all the time, I work in a restruant and we make all of our twice baked potatoes the day before.

hi, i posted the twice baked potato recipe. i don't see any problem with frigerating the casserole before cooking, just increase the cooking time. i have frozen this after baking and reheated with excellent results. hope this helps. cindy
