Hello! This is my recipe - Crittermom posted the photo. In response to your question about the Cream of Coconut, it comes in a can and is normally found by drink mixers, such as where your grocer would keep Margarita mix. Coconut milk may work just as well, but to me the can would be more convenient. I hope you enjoy the cake!
