I'm retired from careers as a librarian, an instructional technologist, a teacher & jack of all trades - educational. Currently, I am a vegan gourmet cook, photographer, spiritualist, speaker/teacher and life explorer when interesting opportunities arise.
My Favorite Foods
Preparing & Eating vegan gourmet dishes, veganizing non-vegan recipes that have a unique or interesting technique or look about them, baking, making novel vegan ice creams, tasty pastas ... you name it, I probably enjoy it - if it's vegan.
Most memorable special occasions are "cooking shows," holiday celebrations, recipe development and/or any other sharings via Apple iSighting, Skype-ing, Internet Chatting with family members (natural & extended) around the country & the world.
