Thanks for the medal! I love that recipe. We use it all the time.

Ah, but I am American by birth, lived here for 27 years. Big Oven is the only digital recipe software we found that works. I do have to learn to substitute what we can get in England to what is listed in some of the recipes - what a challenge!

I'm in London for a week gaining some direct experience with British foods. Glad to see some of the British "Locals" sharing their opinons and recipes.
