I live in Calgary, Alberta in the praries of Canada. I'm a student, currently going into my first year of university at the Univeristy of Lethbridge. I'm taking a combined degree of Music and Education =)

I really got into cooking when I was mad about IB results. To calm me down a baked a cake and it all went from there. I really love to cook with eeg whites because I have learned how to make them after all these years. >.<

My Favorite Foods

I like eating pasta being I am Italian, I also like eggs (I made scrambled eggs once with white wine, amazing!) and baking pastries and such.

Hey, thats how I started, just keep going and you will find that you can do just about anything. Mine was rice, toast and eggs... My first success was an egg in the hole, and really nice cooked rice(not minute rice).
