About me

Live in the Miami - Coral Gables Downtown area. I am currently completing my Food Service Management bachelor's degree at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami Campus. i have had the had the pleasure to meet many great chefs and thankfully i have learned from them and incorporated their knowledge into my cooking. I plan to open my own restaurant in the future, but first there is much more to learn. I stay active; never a dull moment. I love to cook as a job, as hobby, as a passion. On my spare time i like to skimboard, skateboard, longboard, run, ride bike, anything i guess, except staying still. Im a down to earth person and ultimately i am happy for what i do.

My Favorite Foods

My ultamate favorite Cusine is Latin American Cuisine, not that i love any other, but latin is my favorite. plain and simple, i guess my mission for cooking is transforming everything i have learned and blend it with up-to-date techniques and flavors to enchance anyone's palette. i like to keep things simple and something i that has stuck to me infinitly is Mise En Place, basically means, everything in its place.

thanks, glad to be a part of Big Oven.

Hi from Columbus, Ohio. I noticed your Plantain Crusted Crab and Artichoke recipe. It sounds interesting. I used to live in Florida long ago and loved to stop for Deviled Crab rolls at a restaurant on Causeway Blvd. outside Tampa—delicious. I'll have to try your recipe. Anyway, welcome to Big Oven.
