About Me I'm retired and I live in a resort with my husband. We wondered what we would do to occupy our time after retirement. Big joke! We have less free time on our hands than we did when we were working and we love it. I love cooking and baking. My husband is a diabetic so I bake with a marvelous new product called "Splenda". For more delicate cakes I use the 1/2 & 1/2 blend and find it works out wonderful. Some of my favorite foods Favorite foods, huh? Well, I have a sweet tooth, but I'd have to say I'm not a finicky eater. I enjoy foods from all cuisines and like experimenting.
