Have been cooking seriously (and sometimes frivolously) since 2000. Am a retired Navy officer and former administrator for the US National Park Service and now 100% retired.
Some of my favorite foods
Lobster bisque, key lime pie, braised lamb shanks, veal picatta, ox tail soup, rotisserie roasted duck, pot roast, deep fried oysters, shrimp pesto (scampi) over angel hair.
