About me
Yeah, I used to live in Jersey, but now I'm in SoCal! (They can't handle me here - I'm too loud and have WAY too much energy). I am married to an amazing hometown guy and have three crazy kids. We call them: Hoboken, the Tank and Little Mermaid. What a crew! Coming up with Vegan recipes to "fool" the wee ones was the inspiration for Vegan Versions!
