I am a pastry chef in the great Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Food and the creation of dishes from savory to pastry are my passion. Next to my wonderful and sexy Dave, who treats me like a queen, I (we) love the outdoors...Hiking, Rafting, Boating, Fishing, Camping, etc.
I am a true romantic at heart and never pass up a chance to read Nora Roberts latest work of art. I believe anyone can cook from a recipe but a true culinarian can create with availability of items on hand.
