About Me

I am retired. I have owned and managed resturants in the past. I was a production supervisor of a silicon wafer manufacturing plant until retirement. Cooking is a fun pasttime for me. My mothers love of cooking was passed to me.

I love almost all foods. My favorites are the old tried and true resipes from the church and school cook books that volunteers put together for fund raisers

The only thing I see twice is the peanuts ... one is peanut butter and the other is peanuts for garnish. maybe it didn't download correctly

I have a question about your Thai noodle and chicken recipe. In the ingrediant list there are 2 entries that are entered twice is this correct or should they be listed only once? One is for soy sauce and the other I think is garlic.
