About me
I am retired. I have owned and managed resturants in the past. I was a production supervisor of a silicon wafer manufacturing plant until retirement. Cooking is a fun pasttime for me. My mothers love of cooking was passed to me.

I love almost all foods. My favorites are the old tried and true resipes from the church and school cook books that volunteers put together for fund raisers
