About Me My favorite pasttime is kicking rightwingwer butt in political chat rooms. Other than that, I enjoy working with children at my church, riding bicycle with my wife, traveling, boating, swimming, and reading. I also love to get in the kitchen and have fun. Check out my cookbook from the link listed below. Some of my favorite foods I love Mexican foods. I started cooking Mexican style when I lived in Memphis and could only find canned ingredients.
