About Me My wife, Denise, and I just completed remodeling our kitchen and can't wait to get out of our temporary garage kitchen and start cooking! We put in all new Thermador Professional appliances and have already seen the difference a real quality cooktop can make. While cooking we enjoy having some wine and listening to classical and vintage jazz along with our golden retriever, Emily and tuxedo cat Steinway. Some of my favorite foods We like cooking almost anything; grilling, BBQ'ing on our Big Green Egg, Italian, French, whatever! We enjoy having friends over too and having theme nights. We've done "Between the Wars (WWI and WWII) when we had Cobb Salad, Steak Delmonico, Manhattans etc. We've also had Greek, Spanish and All American nights too. We want to try having the "Last Meal on the Titanic" which is actually available, but some of the ingredients are tough to find.
