About me
I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, though I reside here in the City of Memphis. California is my home and always will be, enough said about that. I am a singer/musician by profession. I've traveled various countries singing, done some recording and done some dabbling into the movie industry.
I really don't like cooking that much because I do not think I am a good cook. But I love good food, and looking up different recipes. When I was married, (that was another life ago), I use to collect cookbooks, quite fun you know. Since I've become a bit older, no time for the cooking of large meals for family, decided I'd give them all away. So here I am on your wonderful site. Thank you for having me..........J.B.
My Favorite Foods
Mexican, Bar-B-Que, (not necessarily Memphis' styled) Prefer Texas and Kansas City. Russian Cuisine, German, Eastern Indian, real Chinese food from China, Greek Cuisine. CousCous, anything with good ground turkey, some Nigerian Cuisine, Ghanaian, Congolese, French, and of course American.
