About Me

I am a disabled housewife, who actually does not cook much, because I'm in a lot of pain 24/7. And standing too long really makes me hurt, but I've been told by my family that boy when I do cook, I do make it gooooood. I like to make big quantities so that my husband can freeze some and I like to give to my family and friends. We love to go camping and it's great for putting in my 18 quart roasting pan which we like to cook in most of the time when we are camping. I have one son, one daughter and a precious grandson and a terrific husband that takes good care of me. I spend a lot of time on the computer, I paint indoor birdhouses and do scrapbooking. I have Fibromyalgia, CFS, Narcolepsy and Bersitis and I love to pray and listen to Joyce Meyers Ministries. GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND ENJOY MY RECIPE. THANK YOU Sspidle

I'm a little confused about the sauce. You state in the instructions to "Spread remaining sauce mixture over top of meatloaf." Remaining from what? This makes me think the ketchup and brown sugar in the top list of ingredients doesn't actually belong IN the meatloaf. Does it?
