About me
I used to veiw cooking as a labor of love... the more decadent the ingredients and time required the more I was bound to love it... then motherhood took a firm grip, shook me up side down and now i love anything that has 5 or less ingredients and only takes 20 min.
So happy that there are so many savory flavors in life.
I enjoy their multitude of forms... some times while cooking, like enjoying some music, or an interesting conversation.
I love the surprises in life so I like to throw little unexpected hints of spice here and there to see what happens... you never know -

My Favorite Foods
I love fish - but I only know a few recipes that I am comfortable doning on the fly without instruction... can't seem to get enough tomato sauce variations in my life... does that recipe call for wine - oughtta pick some up just in case... and some chocolate.
