I love cooking for my family and friends.  At my last job, I was the hottest cook for the pot lucks.  I have been cooking for myself since 1982 and have tried to add the many food ideas that I have seen through my travels in the US Air Force.

 

A lot of my dinners are just odds and ends that I have available and combine.  I don't use much salt in my cooking as I think that the foods have enough salt in them already.  I do use other spices though, and love the Jamacian spices that my Mother-In-Law sends to me.

 

I have to remember to write down my concoctions so that I can repeat the good ones.

I love my Grandmas Sour Cream Cookies and Peanut Butter Fudge.  Her Home-made Ice Cream is to die for as well.  Although she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in every recipe I cook of hers.
