I'm a working Mom with 3 wonderful kids! They inspire me to be a better and creative cook coz I get total satisfaction whenever they compliment me for a delicious meal, usually with hugs, kisses and "you're the best Mom!". Cheesy? Nah! Its my way of making up for my frequent travels. My ultimate dream is to open my own restaurant.

As a Filipino, my comfort foods are sinigang, chicken/pork adobo, humba and banana que.  Being cosmopolitan, I love the italian and japanese cuisine. I'm trying to appreciate french cuisine mainly because I love wines and my wine book is all about which wine goes with what french dish.
