About me
I live in the beautiful Northwest where food is plentiful and many ethnic influences create wonderful fusions. Our seafood is outstanding in varity and versitility. I work in the medical field and healthy eating is important to me. I love to travel and expierience other cultures and that means food-it's wonderful.
My Favorite Foods
Sushi, scordalia, pork and sourkraut, prawns with a feta cheese and crumb topping, and just about anything with garlic in it, and Muscovy duck breast.
