I work in New York City (sometime it feels like I live here?) I live in Dobbs ferry. 

 

I love to cook, but we're always on a budget, so menu planning is key. 

 

I've been married to Parke for 9 years.  My husband isn't really a fussy eater - but he doesn't like seafood.  I'm originally from New Orleans, so I love seafood.

I love to make red beans and rice with hot Italian sausage cooked in sherry.  Mexican, Indian and Greek are my favorites. I love to eat any shrimp dish. 

 

I love cooking stews where the meat gets so tender you don't need a knife. Like chicken chili or Beef stroganoff. 

 

I had a great time making quiche the other day...using up all different ingredients that I had on hand.
