About Me I'm finally about to graduate and recently moved off campus. I own my first home (thanks to my parents), am looking for my first job, and my boyfriend just moved in with me from across the country. Living with someone else definitely has it's challenges at times, including cooking for two. We're trying out the Zone Diet, so I figured now is probably a good time to learn how to cook and get away from canned soups and ramen! It's definitely alot easier to keep track of what we're eating by cooking and using healthy ingredients, but I had no idea cooking was also so much fun and tastier than eating out!! So now I'm addicted to trying out new recipes and often make more than I can eat sigh =) If only I could limit myself to cooking and eating one thing at a time...
