About Me Hello Folks, My name is Amy. I have lived in Ballarat, Australia for the last 28 years. I work in a computer management role for a small business. I now cook mainly for 2 so I'm always interested in finding recipes that are made for 2. However I have found being able to adjust the quantities for a recipe down from 4-6 to 2 is a great idea thus my interest in this product. I love cooking and trying out new recipes is a must. More recently my interests have had to concentrate on low calorie meals. Nutrition and visual appeal are a must in any recipe. My other interests are sewing, reading biographies, history and photography. Some of my favorite foods I love savoury foods. So most of my innovations are in that area. However my husband likes sweet things so it is a challenge to keep us both happy with our menu. I've just recently discovered sushi and love it .
