ride bikes and horses, my best friend is a dog.

 

found an awesome welder in 2007 and he makes me laugh every day.  I love cooking for us and our extended family and I love smiling.

have a killer cinnamon roll recipe that came down from my grandmother which I modified over the years

cook mostly ethnic foods

 

looking for a cassarole recipe with a main ingredient of radishes.  I've never cooked cassaroles much and my welder says he's eaten this ... it is "like any other cassarole" ... radishes with sauce I guess.  have tried a few attempts and I'm not doing so well :)  My quilting friends tell me to add canned mushroom soup ... any ideas out there???
